WHAT IS LIT?

Leadership starts on the inside.

Before leadership is a title, it is faithfulness, humility, responsibility, and the willingness to serve.

LIT — Leaders in Training — is being built to help students develop those foundations through discipleship, mentorship, teamwork, practical responsibility, and opportunities to lead by example.

THE LIT PATHWAY

Rooted. Equipped. Trusted. Released.

The program can expand as details are finalized, while this page remains the home for applications, schedules, expectations, training resources, and team updates.
